The Strophy Foundation supports the therapeutic court programs by helping pay for participant needs not covered by government dollars. The Foundation works to raise community awareness about the cost effectiveness of the therapeutic courts, the personal success of the participants and their families, and the resulting benefits to the community.

The Foundation was created to educate the community about the high success rates (approx. 833 graduates), low recidivism rates (approx. 14% vs. 52-70%), the low cost of the programs, and to develop funding sources to continue enhancing the effectiveness of the Therapeutic Court Programs.
